Order cancellation
Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned according to the product listing and SHOPMEE return conditions. Items should be unused and returned with original packaging where applicable.
Refunds
Approved prepaid refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, there is no prepaid amount to refund. Any approved adjustment will be handled through the support process.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact SHOPMEE support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the package/product.
